This is a barebones, extremely DIY set of brackets and a 5015 circulation fan shroud for the V0 to get a quick and dirty, double walled enclosure. This is only for someone looking to do it on the cheap or get a good starting point. No instructions are provided and the design is very basic.

Plenty of holes are provided for M3 heat inserts. The rest is held together with preloaded nuts. Files have been designed to print on a 180x180mm bed or larger. Interior panels slide into the 1515 extrusions using the original acrylic sheets from the V0.1 enclosure. Use what ever you have for outer panels.

Currently my build holds about 50C throughout with a 24V DC bed. Higher temp materials make the chamber about 60°C. Perfect for materials like 3DXTech ezPC-CF. Fan evenly distributes heat throughout the chamber @ 25% 24v power. Make sure you use plenty of aluminum duct tape and duct putty to seal everything appropriately. Any vent will affect how hot the interior gets. It is also recommended to use a material with a high Tg for the printer parts, like PC or a PC alloy.
