Soft Tape Measure Reel Upgrade

The inner finger snapped off for me on the original model. 

I redesigned the fingers to have a draft angle making them stronger but still flexible. 

I also added a lip to the upper outer edge to help hold the tape in. Does not change print orientation and doesn't need support. 

This is for a 16mm wide tape which is 1.5m long (with some extra as per normal) 

Use the original center spool from the original design, uploaded again here to make life easy.
