This is a very simple rack mount for Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X SFP as well as its power brick.
I did not want to deal with too much tolerances so I designed it around cable ties, which is functional but a bit crude. You will also need two M5 bolts (at least 10mm) and nuts to fix the two sides.
If you wish to mount the router on the right-hand side you can mirror the parts in your slicer.
I am not happy with all details of it. Here are a few issues:
*The power brick should ideally sit a bit lower.
*The reinforcing walls restrict airflow in the router.
*The router is sitting at a slight angle after tightening the cable ties.
*Some of the cable ties could have a better fit.
*The cable ties bend the plastic a lot.
It is however entirely functional and having limited time I think good enough is good enough in this case.
I have included a Fusion 360 file if you wish to make any modifications or fix any of the above issues. Please upload a remix if you do.
