I've designed a fan shroud for a 50mm radial fan for the metal carrier of the GEEETech i3 model printers.
There are 3 models included,
1; The standard model for the metal carrier with MK8 extruder and hot-end.
2; A model designed with a ring holder for a 12mm auto bed level sensor.
3; A model designed with a ring holder for a 12mm auto bed level sensor.
I've printed the standard model and the 18mm sensor model myself both with 50mm/s with a 0.2mm layer height and a 15% infill.
The fan does not need an actual mount to hold the fan.
For the inductive sensor you can use these settings in Marlin for the bed leveling(actual settings may very depending on machine setup);
[12mm sensor]
X-Offset = -21
Y-Offset = -44
[18mm sensor]
X-Offset = -25
Y-Offset = -45
[18mm sensor V2]
X-Offset = -25
Y-Offset = -35
The Z-Offset depends on the mounting height of your sensor on the mount.
Mine is -1.0
V2
I have looked over my design and moves the sensor holder more towards the nozzle, from 45mm to 35mm offset.
Also some minor tweaks give it a slightly better airflow and more clearance at the bottom so it does not touch the binder clips anymore!

Printer Brand:
RepRap
Printer:
GEEETech i3 Pro B Metal
Rafts:
No
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
0.2mm
Infill:
15%
Notes:
Supports could be generated, but are not necessary for the standard model.
For the 12/18mm sensor model you will need to generate "touching buildplate" support otherwise the sensor holder will not print correctly.
If you have any requests about the parts, send me a message
Seeing as that almost nobody has made a fan shroud for 50mm radial fans I've made one that fits a GEEETech i3 with a MK8 extruder and hot-end.
After 3 prototype versions I am bringing you this version that I am happy with releasing.
Update - 12mm sensor version
14-06-16
As per request of Darkman1969 I have made a version that should fit a 12mm sensor.
Update - 18mm V2
23-06-16
I have redone parts of the design so the sensor actually is closer to the nozzle, it now only has a Y-offset of 35mm instead of 45mm.
It does require you to now mount the sensor onto the shroud before you mount the shroud onto the carrier.
