The new version of my 50mm radial direct fan shroud that should improve cooling even more with the 50mm radial fan. The model has been designed for the metal carrier of the GEEETech i3 model printers.
There are 4 models included,
1; The standard direct model for the metal carrier with MK8 extruder and hot-end.
2; A direct model designed with a ring holder for a 12mm auto bed level sensor.
3; A direct model designed with a ring holder for a 18mm auto bed level sensor.
4; A 18mm sensor version with a slightly smaller opening tab for slightly smaller radial fans.
The model in the picture was printed with a 0,3mm nozzle, 25mm/s, 35% infill and the fan is being held in place by friction.
For the inductive sensor you can use these settings in Marlin for the bed leveling(actual settings may very depending on machine setup);
[18mm sensor]
X-Offset = -25
Y-Offset = -35
The Z-Offset depends on the mounting height of your sensor on the mount.
Mine is -1.0
Remember to mount your sensor on the fan shroud before you mount the fan shroud, otherwise it might not fit.
Fan position
At the request of jmaurin I have resized the 18mm sensor version so that it will accept a slightly smaller size radial fan, still 50mm but there seems to be a small deviation between all fans.

Notes:
Supports fan the base model could be needed depending on your printer, mine did not.
For the models with a bed level sensor, "touching buildplate" support is needed for the sensor holder to print correct.
If you have any requests about the parts, send me a message
After designing my first fan shroud that fits these printers using a 50mm radial fan, I starting testing using more narrow and direct fan flow to have an increased airflow directed on the nozzle and part.
12mm Induction sensor version
I have finished the 12mm sensor version for those that wanted it.
Print it with buildplate support or manual support, otherwise it will block the airduct channel.
