Most IKEA chairs have those inserts that go into the base of the chair to insert the wheels into.
Well, the inserts on my RENBERGET chair broke pretty fast and the wheels started tilting and bending.
Instead of going back to the store to get a replacement part that might break again soon I quickly designed and printed some new inserts that filled the entire inside of the leg and used a couple of spacers under it to fill even that little gap.
Now the wheels are super smooth again and have no wobble whatsoever.
Print as much inserts as needed and print the spacers for the size you need, if you have a different size spacer that is needed you can resize the Z-axis to adjust for it.
Don't have a printer yourself? Contact me on my Etsy store and I'll be happy to print it for you: https://www.etsy.com/shop/XDr4g0nX3DPrinting
You will need to remove the ring that is on the peg of the wheels for it to fit, you won't need it because my design will fit the wheels snuggly.
