In this project I designed a pair of minimal geometric earrings. The original idea was to print them with Wood PLA in order to get a more natural look. The inside is an iridescent seashell material that I found during the summer months which was cut to fit in the 3D printed frames.
In my case the filling material was a seashell I found at the sea but you can use colored epoxy or any filament so that you can create your unique look.
I am including both upper and lower frame of the earrings as well as the filling body so that you can either make a cast for epoxy or use it for 3d printing.
If you use Wood filament you might need some filing due to the properties of such filaments.
You can use the glue of your liking to join the frames together.
I used a layer height of 0.1mm since the actual print is quite small.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
