Kid's Electric Car | Mercedes ML350 | QX-7996 | Gearbox Middle Gearwheel

Hi all,

this is my first upload and I hope it helps some of you to save some money or just to make a kid smile again.

The Story behind:

My little one got a Kid's Car that was defective for free from a friend.

The car could not move anymore. You could just hear this annoying crackling noise like a gearwheel slipping trough. So I opened both gearboxes and I saw that both middle gearwheels were broken.

I made this new gearwheel, printed it with PLA+ and replaced the broken ones with it.

It works without problems, cheap fix.

May works with other Kid's Car gearboxes, too.

I used the following parameters:

100% Infill

0.2 Layer Height

Wall Thickness 1.2mm

Top/Bottom Thickness 1.2mm

Recommended Material: At least PLA+, ABS+, PETG
