Subaru Suspension spacer lift-kit anti-sag templates [Legacy, Outback, Impreza, WRX, STi, Forester - various years 1990-2025]

Safety warning

Do not use consumer-grade/desktop 3D-printing for this application unless you anneal the prints in an oven. Industrial grade 3D printing may be OK but Laser cutting or CNC milling HDPE plastic up to 12.5mm (1/2") is best. Anything thicker than 12.5mm (1/2") ought to be milled steel or aluminum.

Introduction

Just a few Subaru suspension spacers you can use to make part of a lift kit or fix a saggy rear-end. You don't need to spend hundreds on Amazon for a lift kit anymore! In general, spacers up to ~6mm (1/4") do not need longer studs to be installed in the strut top.  For anything thicker, you'll probably need  to install longer studs of switch to aftermarket strut tops.
