PDF

I'm working on this handle to create easy handles for lock picking sets, like the South Ord PHX-17, that include an interchangeable handle or for home made picks of any variety.

This file, without customization should reflect a working pick handle for the aforementioned pick set, but I'm still dialing in "press-fit" dimensions, so this is the "glue-fit" version I guess!

Thanks goes to BosnianBill for the inspiration!

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

SeeMeCNC

Printer:

Rostock MAX BYOL

Rafts:

Yes

Supports:

No

Notes:

If your printer can, I suggest printing vertically to avoid deforming the slot during print, or you can add a few tenths of a mm to your pick depth.

Raft here will prevent failure at the end of the print when he head is acting like a lever against the part.

Post-Printing

Assembly

Insert pick and optionally glue. Be careful not to poke yourself!
