I wanted an outside shower. The water needs an insulation jacket. Pulling the pipes through a 110mm diameter conduit pipes and using these printer spacers to locate the pipes optimally whilst foam filling the pipe when in position does the job. The pipes are protected inside the conduit and fully insulated at a fraction of the cost of buying insulated pipe. Also you can lay in position before foaming. It's hard to bend pre foamed pipe.
There is a single pipe spaces as well for the shower head feed.
To reduce the number of supports I designed a pipe separator. The spacing I used was 300mm in the area of tight bends and 400mm on straight runs. The pipe separator going between each spacer. Assemble the serarators and spacers on the 15mm pipes first then full the 110mm conduit over the assembly.
Once everything is in place foam fill.
