-I used M4 screws with lengths of 35-40mm for block connection.   -8pcs

-to assemble piston connecting rod M3 7-9mm.   -16pcs

-printed on SUPER DRAFT settings with supports.

-The best printing position for the piston connecting rod is vertical with brim 3mm.

-you may want to smooth out the hole for the piston for less friction.
