Make pictures like on Google Streetview !

After seeing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1459595 and loving the design I thought of doing something more automaticly. I had some ESP8266 Witty boards laying around (http://nl.aliexpress.com/item/ESP8266-serial-WIFI-Witty-cloud-Development-Board-ESP-12F-module-MINI-nodemcu/32566502491.html) I wanted the GoPro to be automaticly making the pictures, so I want to use the WiFi of it together with two motors, one 9G servo for tilting and one 28BYJ-48 stepper motor with driver board.

The whole thing works on a USB powerbank and when starting the red LED lits up. Be sure to have your GoPro WiFi on and when the Witty can connect to it, it sets the GoPro mode to photo and the LED turns green. Pressing the button on the Witty starts the capture process (LED gets red) and making 6 pictures over 360 degree and then tilting the camera up for the last picture. When it is done it returns the platform to the start position so that the wires don't get twisted.

I use the QS-29 mount for my tripod, use the hole under the stepper to connect them together.

Use some M3x8 mm screws for the stepper driver PCB and to secure the stepper motor.

Update may 6 2016: added Arduino program PixelPano.zip to the project. Beware: I am not a professional programmer and when stuff blows up don't start blaming me !
