I think I printed this far to thick because it didn't fly very far.... I'll have to retry with a smaller infill.

The original part has a cavity. I assume the intention was to save weight. My first print broke within the first couple of shots, seemingly because of the cavity. I removed the cavity and lowered my infill to 5% to keep the weight the same as with the cavity. My improved second print came out much stronger.
I put a cylindrical support blocker around the fuselage to keep the supports easy to remove.

It's hard to fit a waffle head dart, but normal elite darts fit fine.
It doesn't fly as far as just a dart and it only glides a little, but it's fun. (edited)

How did you set up the support for printing?

I printed it standing with supports under the wings.

It is a bit heavy, even with 5% infill. ;-)

Unfortunately yes, but I felt it had a nice arch when I launched it. And in an upgraded blaster it flew very well. :) LW-PLA would probably be an improvement, but I don't have any to test with at the moment.

@Arctic3DPrints Or you simply construct it larger so that it becomes a real glider. With tail unit, of course. ;-)
