Mi Band Strap Stand

We have some Mi Band straps, and they have been lying loose in a drawer. It was a bit of a hassle to find the right strap when you were in the mood for a different style.

Our drawer is made of sheet steel, so the simple stands have four magnets in the foot, so they do not slide around in the drawer or fall over.

But the model is also intended as an inspiration, how to practically stow such straps. The model is really simple and was created with FreeCAD. The base has 10% infill and the column is hollow. I printed the 9 pieces with PLA.

You need four round 8 mm x 1 mm neodymium magnets per stand, if you want to use the model with magnets. The presliced model has a pause on 2.2 mm to inserts the magnets.
