BIQU H2 Single 5020 Extruder Front Mount Fan Duct

I remix the 4020 Fan version of this part cooling to support a 5020 Fan instead, I also did some upgrades to increase its printability, by removing some overhangs and improving the cooling ring alignment.

Blower:

I am using it in my Ender 3 with a 24V 5020 Blower, here is the link to it at Aliexpress.

Printing tips:

I recommend printing it with the following configuration:

• 4 Perimeters
• 5 Top Layers
• 5 Bottom Layers
• 20% Infill
• 0.4 Extrusion Width

Adapting it to other fan sizes:

I included the Fusion 360 files and also the step file here.

If you are using Fusion 360 you should first edit the "Blower Entry" and "Blower Holes" sketches inside the Part Cooling Biqu H2 - 5020 component, and if you need more space to fix the blower edit the "Fan Hold Bottom" and "Fan Hold Top" to give you a bigger fan mount plate.
