Printed threads always have flaws and burrs.
With those tools you will be able to discover them and have the possibility to remove it.
If you even want to use a printed screw on a printed object, there is the additional problem of a high friction between the not that hard materials.
Because any small flaw in the tread can make your print useless, so you better make sure your screw is perfect before try to use it.
The tools are also just useful to check screw size or clean a steel screw thread from dirt.
Finally the M24 screw should fit easily into the 'Full Nut M24x25 Normal' part which is a M24 screw hole that has a 1mm clearance.
Recommend to print this at least in PETG because, as harder it is as better it works.
