K40 CO2 lasercutter plate thickness gauge mod (1, 2, 3, 4mm)

Are you also fed up with wasting time and material by cutting the wrong thickness of plate? This simple mod has saved me countless times, so therefore I will share my design here.

With this mod you can easily measure material thickness on your lasercutter without the hassle of getting some calipers ready.

Please take note:

• Double-sided tape is advised for mounting
• Actual dimensions are 0.2mm larger (i.e. 1.2, 2.2, 3.2, 4.2mm)
• Several related models exist. It is not my intention to interfere with any existing licences of any models that happen to look like my design
