Bear Corner Brace - Stronger and Prettier

This is a corner brace for the base of the Bear frame. I have always thought the 2020 corner brackets were the ugliest part of the Bear... here is the fix. Works will all Full Bear Upgrade frames found here:

Update: fixed clearance for larger head M5 cap screws.
