You will find detailed instructions on printing in the original models or if you have a Prusa MK3S(+) use my pre-sliced files with PETG. Those files max out the print bed of the MK3S+.
For the rotor, I had to redesign the model since the source file was not provided by the original author but since the math is trivial this was easy. My OpenSCAD file is now provided here.
All model files not found in this remix are to be used from the original model.
Update: I added a file to print the rotor with a 0.8mm nozzle to get a stronger rotor version. I actually printed that with a 4mm nozzle still but exploited the fact that this gets more material extruded. Likely I could have achieved the same by just massively over-extruding.
In addition to that I added 3mf files for the rotors on request by a user.
