Sennheiser momentum 3 earcup slider

So, after 5 years with these pair of headphones, they became very loose. After a bit of research, i discovered that they were held in place by friction between the metal headband and a pair of plastic sliders that were worn out. 

To take the earcups apart, unstick the logo and unscrew the litle 6H star screw.
