Model: Fusion 360; Slicer: Prusa; Printer: Ender 3, PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.28 resolution. About 3h30 print.

If you're uncertain if this bridging is possible in your particular case, I've made available a crop of this exact segment, called bridging-test.stl. It should print in about 20 min. Also, double check your bridging and gap speeds.
