EBB36 mount for Voron Stealthburner - LOW variant

This is my second take for EBB36 canbus board holder for Voron Stealthburner. I have taken my previous model and fully redesigned it. Now this mount sits roughly 20mm lower on Stealthburner body (that means 20mm more of Z travel for you), is even more rigid and features small hook to keep your cables safe.

Print with standard Voron settings, parts are placed in right orientation for printing and for 10mm diameter cable or corrugated hose.

If you need diferrent diameter, please customise this file using Fusion 360 and its “change parameters” (see screenshot).

This mount DOES NOT support stepper motor hall encoder function that is featured on some versions of this board.

Required hardware:

6x M3x8mm BHCS or SHCS screw

4x M3 Threaded Insert (M3x5x4, Voron standard)

Assembly instructions:

1. Print both STL files
2. Add 4 heatset inserts into main body
3. Mount main body to rear side of Stealthburner toolhead using standoffs included in EBB36 package
4. Connect umbilical cable to EBB36
5. Mount EBB36 with cable connected to main body
6. Clamp cable to main body
7. Connect all remaining wires to EBB36 (hotend, fans, endstops, etc.)
8. Route all the cables ABOVE included HOOK to keep them safe
