Carcassonne CD Tray Tile holder

This is a tile holder designed to fit in your CD tray to let you print on Carcassonne (or any other 45x45mm tile directly. I've added some customization options so you can customize it a bit and hopefully fit your CD tray.

I've used it on a Canon ip4200 with CD tray C, which is what the default values are for.
