This model has been optimized for the luggage rack of my Decathlon Elops 740 which is a city-bike with a 25kg luggage-rack (see picture). The bike is not adapted to reach the ski-resort, but to reach the bus-stop (down-town) to go to the resort.
There are 5 pieces to be 3D printed:
- The upper rack is hold in place by the clap of the luggage rack. It is a beefy piece which took 12h to print. The final adaptation has been made with a hot-air gun on the softened PLA (see picture).
- There are 2 lower parts holding skis vertically, one on the right, the other on the left. Each is composed of a ski-holder (printed in TPU for softness) and a back-plate printed in PLA. They are hold together by 2x3 screws+nuts in M12x16.
