Our Fisher and Paykel BI602X Wall Oven started to have an issue with the Soft Touch Buttons. The button edges started to crumble. It was only a matter of time before the buttons would stop being functional and they were starting to be unsightly.
The replacement parts were Part Number 1616982, but were marked as NLA (No Longer Available). Here is my 3D designed and printed replacement buttons. Coming in at 2 cents a piece, this was a quick and cheap solution. I needed 18 of them.

The prints were done with a flexible material. I used PLAFlex which is a kind of TPU like filament, though a bit firmer. It did the job nicely.

See my included drawings for how the buttons functionally match the original buttons, but with a more pleasant shape.

I hope you find the print useful, too.
