Twotrees Sapphire Direct Drive Conversion

This system is designed to work with the afterburner mod for the twotrees sapphire, I never tested it with the original hotend.

A modular system composed of 2 pieces to align the extruder to the hotend trough the original metallic  mount. It is compatible with the BMG clone that comes with the printer and with the Bondtech LGX Lite.

Note: for the BMG model, you need to install the NEMA 17 as last step and remove it to detach the extruder mount from the plate. This was necessary due to collision of the assembly with the printer frame. In the case of the LGX, you can totally remove the assembly from the plate. 

What you need to print:

• One of the plates
• The actual extruder mount depending on your specific model.

You can also use a zip tie or 10mm nylon cable organizer to keep your wires tight.

MATERIALS: 

• 8* M3x8
• 4*M3 heat set inserts
• The mounting hardware for your extruder
