Note: For safety reasons, this scraper is not intended to be a heavy-duty workhorse, but a useful aid in simple, light-duty applications. Ideal for using on a smooth print sheet.

For Printing: There are 2 parts: Handle & Cover. I used PETG because the latching tab on the Cover needs to have a bit of flex when sliding. See the photos for the orientation of the parts on the print bed. The opened end of the slot for the razor blade is facing UP. The parts are aligned along the Y Axis. Using the .3mf files, the seam position is in the Rear. I wanted to keep the seam away from the razor blade end on the Handle, as the tolerances there are a bit tight. No supports were used with my Prusa Mini stock 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20 layer height. I did use a brim but may not be needed.

Assembly: Make sure the slot for the blade is clear by running the sharp end of the blade up & down the slot, just to make sure it's clear. Then, insert the blade partially into the open end of the slot, and carefully push down on the Handle where the blade is against a cutting board or similar sturdy surface. It should go in smoothly and snug. Make sure the blade is all the way in with no overhang or the Cover won't close. Slide the Cover on the Handle from the side away from the blade.

After repeated testing, I must say, it seems to work quite well.
