universal spool centering adapter

First of all thanks to Miklos Kiszely for his design of the spool switcher!

I also printed all the spool adapters that Miklos designed, now I was faced with an Extrudr-Spool that has 2 different center holes.

So I designed an adapter that can center diameters from 45-65mm. Simply print this adapter instead of the many different spool adapters without centering. It is simply plugged onto the spool axis instead of the other adapters.

You need to print two spool adapters for one spool.

Update 26.03.2023: Uni_Spooladapter_+10 version. This adapter has its cone set 10mm further out and can therefore be used for tiny spools.
