Get ready to take your DIY CNC router to the next level with these custom aluminum parts! Designed and machined by myself, these components were specifically created to upgrade my 3D printed CNC router (https://www.printables.com/model/399505-3d-printed-cnc-router) with minimal additional cost.

The Fusion 360 file includes everything you need, from screws to nuts, to assemble these parts. Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide a full parts list yet due to time constraints.

While I'm providing my G-Codes for reference, it's important to note that they are largely outdated and should not be used. Instead, use the Fusion 360 file to generate new G-Codes that are tailored to your specific machine and workflow.

To see the CNC router in action and get inspiration for your own CNC projects, check out the video I made showcasing the upgraded machine.

I also did a second part adding a Dust Shoe, Compressed Air and new Wasteboard.

Print settings:

  • Layer height: 0,2mm
  • Outer walls/perimeters: 5
  • Bottom layers: 5
  • Top layers: 5
  • Infill: 15%
  • No supports (for pretty much everything)

Now, I'm making all of the 3D printable files available as open-source on Printables, so you can use them to upgrade your own CNC router. With these parts, you can achieve greater accuracy and functionality, making your CNC router an even more powerful tool for your projects.

I hope these files inspire you to take on your own DIY CNC project, and I can't wait to see what you create with them. Download the files now and start building!

Please note that this description will likely receive an update in the future as I continue to refine and improve the design.
