This model has been splitted in two halves for better printing and minimum usage of supports. The holes on the hub uses this part: BrickLink - Part 32002 : LEGO Technic, Pin 3/4 [Technic, Pin] - BrickLink Reference Catalog
Use supports for the top halve, and after printing glue the two parts together and that's it. Enjoy
