I wanted to use the Dual 4010 blower version of the Mini Satsana duct on my Ender 3 V2 but I couldn't find a remix that had converted it to be compatible with my printer so I made it myself. I also made it height adjustable to allow support for different hotends. It weighs 32g, 5g or ~14% less than the stock Ender 3 V2's fan shroud at 37g while still adding features over it.
If you require something lighter I am currently working on a version that at this point in time weighs only 23g, 9g less than this and a huge 14g less than the stock fan shroud, which is over 45% lighter, and it will still support dual blower fans and have an adjustable height.
I am also working on a version of this with direct drive support and aim to have it hot-swappable. I will hopefully release this feature on the ultra-light version too.
Material: I used PLA but I recommend PETG or ABS because PLA may warp under the temperature emitted from the hotend. It should work fine in PLA at least in the short term but your mileage may vary.
Layer Height: 0.2mm and lower is recommended however it may work fine at higher resolutions. I used 0.2mm and it works fine but again, your mileage may vary.
Supports: Supports shouldn't be needed unless your printer is awful at bridging and overhangs. Prints perfectly on a stock Ender 3 V2.
Orientation: Print with the back facing down.
