Great original design, but it was a bit overkill for this application, and would require supports to print due to the extended ring on the bottom. Actually, that's the best design, because it allows margin for misalignment between the door and frame, and easier rotation, but for the birdhouse I thought a flat bottom would be fine, and print nicer.
I printed in PETG (for outdoors, don't use PLA!), and included a .3mf file of my settings. The ironing looks fantastic, I printed in clear PETG.
The hole in this (and original) is 4mm diameter, it was tight but worked great with the #8 x ¾" flat phillips wood screws I picked up at Lowes by 100 pack (apologies for these cursed English units, it's all we can buy in the store in USA!).
