Velux Roof window shutters - Solar panel

Hi,

inspired by the design of Josef Müller! (Velux Solar Panel Frame von Josef Müller | Kostenloses STL-Modell herunterladen | Printables.com)

Due to the fact that my Anycubic's build plate is not big enough and I want to be sure that this solution will last as long as possible, I designed this cheap and easy Velux Solar repair parts.

You need:
2x Solar panels 110x60mm, 6V - 6V 160mA 0,96 W Solar Panel 110X60MM Standard Epoxy Polykristalline Silizium DIY Batterie Power Ladung Modul Mini Solarzelle spielzeug - AliExpress
1x Cabel and connector from original solar panel.
1x UV resistant Epoxy
3x printed parts (cover_right, panel.frame_middle, panel.frame_left)
Note: I changed the design, the top is now flat.

I printed all parts out of ASA.

What to do?
Print the parts, glue the solar panels from the back with hot glue to the frame. Make sure that you have a close seam of hot glue. Otherwise the epoxy will find its way through and you will have a mess.

After the glue hardened, fill up the frame with Epoxy. 
Next step will be to solder the solar panel in a row, not parallel, because we will need 12V for the roof window shutter.

Make sure that you did not change the polarity. red = + / black = -

We will see how long this repair will last.
