I've added an even louder, lower-pitched variant and made minor design changes for better printability.

WARNING:
This is an emergency whistle and not a toy! It's extremely loud which can harm the ears, so please protect your ears and don't use it near other people or animals!

Summary:

This keychain compatible emergency whistle is a variant of my big Emergency Whistle - much smaller, but almost as loud as it's big brother.

How to print:

All Slicers:

Use a line width of 0.4 mm and a layer height of 0.2 mm, 5 top layers and 5 bottom layers. Don't use support and don't change the given orientation of the objects.

The whistle requires correct positioning of the Z-seam - it shouldn't be placed in the narrow air passages inside the whistle. The Z-seam should be positioned as shown in the images above (the white dots represent the Z-seam). Use the \u201cZ Seam Alignment: User specified\u201d option in Cura or the \"Seam Painting\" option in PrusaSlicer to achieve this.

Print slowly (max. 25 mm/s for walls) to achieve sharp edges.
