Replacement part – Saeco Xelsis milk hose clip

The Idea

During my monthly cleaning of our coffee machine, Philips Saeco Xelsis, the clip to secure the milk hose to the metal pipe broke. A quick redesign of the litte plastic clip solved the problem.

Print instructions

A small part with just a little bit of contact area. Therefore I used a brim of 3mm and supports for the little handling knob. Since the hose might get hot you might consider using a more heat resistant material. My prototype was made of PLA and so far it resists the temperature rises during the “hygie-steam”-cleaning process.
