Great addition to go with my F-15! I printed it vertically for easy cleanup of the trailing edges.
This one can be a challenge, the back of the wings are very thin and I found the best way to print it was nearly vertical with a raft
What program do i use to print it?
Printed in 70.88% scale... bottom support (bottom of aircraft) looks gnarly, needs fine tuning (Wonder if scaling was a issue - Use spec according to PDF). F-18F, gonna print the F-18E in the same scale, but gonna use my default cura setting and see if there is a difference. Maybe also reduce the support lattice (took me a bit to remove support and support grid off the actual model surface) (edited)
Took me so many tries to get the settings right that I can now recreate Top Gun. Printed at 50% scale with a 0.4 nozzle
