PDF

It takes an average of around 70 days to build a new behavior into your life. It takes conscious daily effort and deliberate choices to achieve the goal of forming a new habit.

The idea behind the design of this trophy is to help track your daily habit-building progress. And what better way to celebrate a new healthy habit than with a trophy!

There are a total of 70 printable trackers that can be dropped into the 7 channels of the trophy. Each channel is labeled with a day of the week (M, T, W, TH, F, S, SU) and each tracker is printed in two different colors. The colors of the tracker indicate whether the tasks taken to fulfill the habit were completed on that day (I printed a gold side and a black side for my trackers). Filling up all of the slots in the Habit Tracking Trophy means a new habit has been formed!

And make sure not to get down on yourself for missing days while working towards your habit - nobody is perfect! It's all about small incremental improvements when working towards long-term habits. I'm hoping the design of this trophy will help you to embrace the journey towards building healthy life habits!

Parts List

  • 1x Habit Trophy Middle
  • 1x Habit Trophy Base
  • 1x Habit Trophy Cap
  • 1x Habit Trophy Topper
  • 1x Tracker Bin
  • 1x Set Screw
  • 70x Trackers

In light of the new text tool in Prusa Slicer 2.6, there are two swappable and customizable parts for your trophy. So when you feel you've already implemented one habit, print out another habit token for your trophy!

  • 1x Customizable Habit Token
  • 1x Customizable Nameplate

Print Settings Used

  • All parts were printed in PLA with the machine settings seen in the attached G-code files
  • Two of the parts require a small amount of support and the set screw requires a brim
  • The trophy I ended up printing was on the small side - so I would recommend scaling all parts up by around 5-10% (or more if you want a larger trophy)
  • The assembly of the trophy is pretty straight forward. See the attached images for where the set screw is used to attach the middle part
