simple pulley for use with 550 paracord or similar diameter rope.
tested up to 80kg, handled this with ease.
in the description there are two setups described.
theoretically you can add as many Pulley wheels you want.
recommend to print with at least 4 perimeters and a layer height of 0.2mm.
there are two version.
- light.
- heavy.
printable washer are included, it is recommended you use metal washers.
light pulley:
hardware needed:
2x m6 bolt.
2x m6 nut.
2x m4 bolt.
2x m4 nut.
608 bearings. one for every pulley wheel you want.
when making a singe pulley you will need a 25mm bolts.
if you're making a double pulley you will need a minimal 30mm bold.
for the light version there's a bearing bushing to make a m6 bolt properly fit the 608 bearing.

2x m6 washer.
double pulley:
4x m6 washer.
