Folding Utility Knife with carabiner lock and chamfered base

I've had prints both succeed and fail using the original design. When I needed to print some more, I decided to take care of the source of failure by converting the fillets, which create extreme overhangs, curling, and warping, to chamfers. 

This is the model for M3 nut and bolt, and no “flap.”
