Capra Headband v2

This is a potentially universal solution for headband replacements, I am actively seeking out more headphones to adapt to this design. Right now the HD6x0 series of headphones, the Aurorus Borealis and Australis, and my original designs the Satyr 1 and the CA800/CA800S

This Design Currently only requires 4 M3x16 FHSC screws. The yokes for these will be on different posts linked as remixes.

Print the Adjustment Arms in PETG or Nylon for maximum durability, ASA/ABS and PLA tend to break after a few weeks of use.


Printing the Strap:
Must be printed in 95a TPU. Select the center section and change the per model settings to the ones below. The thicker your infil line width + the denser your mesh the stiffer the band will be. I dont recommend going any thinner than .4mm at 15%
