This is my first attempt at creating a game box organizer. I created this in 123D Design and I have included that file here, in case you need to make some edits (like separating some pieces to make them smaller for some printers). The largest piece is 221mm. Everything else is 200mm or smaller.

This organizer securely holds all pieces, instructions, and boards for the main game, Legends of Andor, by Ole Steiness, as well as the New Heroes expansion. All parts use 2mm wall thickness for a good, sturdy feel and to allow removal from the box for setting up on your game table. All game pieces are well covered to prevent spillage between games, and everything fits without removing the printed box insert (see included pictures). All parts have at least one bottom edge with a fillet, to aid in removing from the print bed. And, where possible, I also added a fillet to keep the sharp plastic edges away from the game box seams. The entire assembly fills the full dimension of the box, which helps preserve the box when stacking smaller games above or below this one.
