Easy install version of "Prusa Mini - LCD Back cover - Upgrade"

This remix addresses the problems people have reported with installing the LCD Back Cover.

With this slightly modified version of the cover, it's easy-peasy to install your new cover.

To install, do not completely remove the existing screw which holds your screen in place.  Instead, simply unscrew it about 3mm to 5mm.  Next, while keeping your allen wrench on the screw head, snap the cover on and re-tighten the screw.

You might want to use a brim while printing yours; since the top edge of mine had lifted off the print bed.
