Print bed standoffs 16mm/18mm

All I could find were flexible standoffs, but I wanted solid ones. Dimensions should be about the same as most silicone spring replacements available online, including the Creality originals. The washers are for fine tuning and .4mm thick.

The idea is to level the bed in hardware as much as possible, then let ABL handle the rest.

I recommend picking a heat resistant material for printing these. PLA may creep under heat and load.
