Playing Card Shuffler v3

Update 18. 4. 2023: added 68x44mm card version (print big wheel 2x - there is not middle one). I don't have small cards and confirmation it works fine - please see discussion)

Based on my year experience with my v2 model and ideas from its remixes, I have create a new version with following enhancements:

• Two card size models:
  • 93x71mm for Terraforming Mars, Archa Nova, Mandala, …
  • 125x82mm for Dixit
• No glue needed for assembly
• It can be disassembled (I do it when travelling so the shuffler does not occupy a lot of space).
• Adjusted shafts for better card movement, raised plates a little (but not much as in some remixes because then I had issue with stuck cards in the middle).
• Card blockers have tracks to better stay in place.
• Plasti Dip variant for shaft.
• Increased stability of shuffler so cards on just one side would not flip it.
• you need https://github.com/BelfrySCAD/BOSL2 if you want to change .scad source

Notes for printing:

• I've printed it with 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height but it should be fine with default 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height
• Support is needed for card blockers and handle.
• Brim is needed for shafts.

Notes for assembly

• See video :)
• Make sure smooth part sides (from printer bed) touch cards (especially for shuffler sides and plates) - cards need to easily slide on them.
• To set up proper card blocker position, I use small card deck and set blocker to a position where it allows just one card through.
