Probably only recommended for use with pancakes, especially if using PLA! Will print soon and receive my new pancake lens this week, after which I will test.
I frankensteined the linked thing and this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2999719
I recreated it with better methods, added gripping texture. It's tighter than the original, but I believe over time it will break in. I also made one for Sony E mount using an existing rear cap on here. It hasn't been tested because I don't own a Sony (it will eventually be tested by a friend after we're vaccinated). If you print and test, let me know if it's a snug and sturdy fit.
Printed, went ahead and tried it out with my kit lens, and while it's a bit unwieldy with this longer lens (and being a zoom lens, it's awkward to put on/take off without accidentally twisting the zoom cylinder instead of the main body), but it seems really sturdy! Bonus - I didn't even think about it, but it's a perfect holder for the body cap! Duh! Changing the title to reflect this. Also, I'm probably going to fix the sloppiness with how I put these two things together (there are empty spots in the body). Print Settings ==============
