I made this to fit one of the better and higher quality drill-stands available(AEG) which has a full-length 25mm deep 43mm hole, which is why the top incline is there to allow access to the spindle-lock and the flats on the Dremel chuck(which it does but the spindle-lock access is as far down as it can be without making it's use a problem).

I added the slot that can be cut open to allow the clamping force on the drill stand to also work on the dremel-threads to lock it in place but it will work without doing this.

The adapter should fit any Dremel or Dremel copy with standard Dremel threads and fit in any  drill stand or holder made for a standard 43mm drill neck and given that even a cheap drill stand is solid enough to hold the weight of a full-size corded drill it will increase the usefulness of a dremel or clone by an order of magnitude.

Use with cut-of disk and a fence as a small table saw or as a router-table with a router-bit or endmill, a rotary file will allow final trimming of metal sheet/plate with a glued on printed template to follow and a sanding-drum will allow squaring of edges of plates and much more.

Will be making some further accessories including an horizontal adapter but it might be a minute.

Print with flange down and with supports touching build-plate as the shoulder the Dremel screws up to needs to be flat and square to the threads(NOTE:support settings that see supports break away semi-easily and leave a reasonably clean surface is needed), I printed with 4 walls/tops/bottoms and 100% and that took a bit over 2 hours so quick and easy print, threads will work with any reasonable layer height, probably as thick as 0.3 but I printed with 0.2 in regular PLA.
