45 Bar and Curve

I really like the straight bar rotating through a curved hole, so I thought it would be fun to bring it to vinyl while it spins. Should be an easy print if you use the .3mf files I uploaded, just keep in mind they're set for a 0.6 mm nozzle.

If you don't use PrusaSlicer, then you can use the .stl files, just make sure to pair up the …pos and …neg files and perform difference Boolean operations in your program of choice (Blender was having trouble with the Booleans so it was much easier to do it in PrusaSlicer). Give the bar (and cap) a brim and you should be good to go! No supports needed, but the hooks on the curve and the holes in the base may need some cleanup. You can actually just remove the hooks and glue it in if that's easier, too. Enjoy!
