This is my first upload! It's a stand that holds those common, rectangular hygrometers. The feet can be removed, rotated, and swapped to adjust the viewing angle from straight-up to a 20-degree tilt. The hygrometer clips into detents and stays tight, but can be easily removed. The back is open to allow full airflow.
The finished opening is about 27mm x 46mm. My hygrometer is about 26.3mm x 45.4mm.
Printing
The most critical parts are the holes where the feet are inserted. I had best results printing it upright, as shown, with supports on only the large overhang. There is some room to spare in that dimension in case your supports stick or there is some drooping.
The feet are mirrored, make sure you print both!
My print was made with:
| Nozzle | 0.4mm |
| Layer height | 0.20 Standard |
| Printer | BambuLab X1Carbon |
| Filament | BambuLab PLA Basic |
Solvespace users: I've attached the the original Solvespace CAD files (.slvs) as well. They are not perfect but they export without holes. If you use them, you can make the second foot by mirroring in your slicer, or link the first foot into a new Solvespace file and set the imported link's scale to -1. |
