Did you or someone you know have a great week of consistent teeth brushing, or gone to the dentist and got a great report of no cavities? If so, an award is needed to celebrate such extraordinary success!
This is an easy print, that requires no supports. Prints in three parts, with a color change on the base if you want the letters to better stand out. The parts should easily slide together (there is a .2 mm tolerance designed into each connection point), and a drop of glue may be needed depending on how tight your print comes out. I used the “Octagram Spiral” setting in the Prusa Slicer for the top fill pattern, which worked out nice. For your convenience, I'm attaching the “3MF” files which show the setting I used for printing, as well as the “.gcode” I used to print the version shown in the pictures.
I've also uploaded a version of the base that has just the star on it, as well as a blank version, in case you'd like to remix this with your own words or design.
I hope this helps you enjoy celebrating some clean teeth!
